Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give Bookings Engine through this site.

What we collect

When you send the form on our Book a call page, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything else you choose to add: your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your message contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean replying with times for a call or preparing a first read of your buyer map. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. We share them only with the services that run this site and receive the form, and only so that the form works.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to katherine.jenkins@bookingsengine.co or use the form on the contact page. If you reply stop to any message from us, we stop contacting you.
